Return Process

We strongly recommend using only our authorized shipping partner for returns. This ensures a faster process, and the shipping cost is covered by us.
If you choose to return the item using a different shipping company, you will be responsible for the shipping fee, and our company cannot be held liable for any issues.

Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected. If it meets our return conditions, a refund will be issued within 3–7 business days.

Product Exchange
If you prefer to exchange a product instead of returning it, similar conditions apply:
The product must be unused and undamaged.
It must be returned with original packaging and accessories.
The requested item for exchange must be available in our stock.
